As I take my morning walks I think about the pictures and moments I'd like to share. Of course, my days don't seem to permit me the luxury of getting on to the computer to enter them. Here is a glimpse of what I would of posted: Warm days have allowed more bike rides and walks on the beach. However, signs of Fall are still around: apple picking, the crunching of the leaves when I take Bonnie for a walk in the woods, cranberry harvests, wild turkeys in my backyard and in the trees, the changing of the leaves, and "yes", finally today, a crisp cool windy day. Max's birthday was celebrated with friends by going to a corn maze and back to the house for a cookout and backyard football. Speaking of football -- the season is over -- Max celebrated 2 touchdowns in every game. We have a wealth of pictures and videos of his achievements. Now swimming is in full gear and lacrosse training starts today. Megan is finally over her first term jitters and is excelling in her academics. It is great to see her challenged and excited about attending school. She is getting more involved in the school and with her teachers by participating in Student Council. I am thankful for the energy and enthusiasm my children bring to life each and every day.
*** October 12 ***** " Friday Night Football "
Now that I've figured out how to add video, I'm editing this post to show highlights from the Mitey Mite game against Dedham. It was a very cold and windy night. Enjoy.
